We work in milestones defined in the Discovery Sprint quote, with dates committed in the proposal. If the build needs to deviate from the signed drawing, we redraw and re-sign before continuing. There is no scope creep without a paper trail.

Row-level security at the database, not in the app layer. Every multi-tenant build ships with Data Protection Plan 1.

Indian-payments-first. Webhook idempotency, signature verification, and reconciliation jobs are standard, not optional.

Vercel + Cloudflare R2

Edge-rendered when latency matters, static when it does not. Asset storage on R2 with signed URLs, not on the application server.

Hand-over — documented to leave.

Every engagement ships with a written runbook, a security dossier where applicable, and a transfer of credentials at full payment. The contract terms are in writing before the engagement starts. There is no lock-in through obscurity. If you want us out, you can get us out.
