1. Data fiduciary
Izafa Labs is a sole proprietorship of Mukesh Purohit. Registered office: House No. 5, Parvati Nagar, Circuit House Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342001, India. The working studio is in Jaipur. Mukesh acts as the Data Protection Officer for the purposes of the DPDP Act, 2023. Contact: admin@izafalabs.com.
2. Personal data we collect
The contact form on this site collects your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, company name, and a description of your project. We process this data on the lawful basis of your consent at the point of submission. We do not collect personal data through any other channel.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, send a confirmation email, and maintain a record of the prospective engagement. We do not market to you, sell your data, or share it with anyone outside the processors listed in §6.
4. Data retention
Specific retention periods are being finalised with counsel. Our working position is that inquiries which do not become engagements are retained for a limited period and then deleted, and that engaged-client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the minimum period required by Indian tax and corporate law.
5. Data principal rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@izafalabs.comwith the subject line “Data principal request” and we will respond within the statutory timeline.
6. Third-party processors
We use Vercel for hosting and analytics, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification on the contact form. Data processing agreements are in place with each. We do not use any third-party advertising, behavioural tracking, or profiling tools.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Both are first-party, cookie-less, and do not track users across sites. We use no third-party analytics, no ad networks, and no behavioural cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page once the policy is signed. We do not email policy updates separately.
