   Two weeks. One signed A3 drawing. A fixed-price build quote. An honest go/no-go.

2. Custom build

   Built from the drawing. Documented to leave. Mid five to seven-figure INR.

3. Headless ecommerce

   Custom storefronts on Next.js, Supabase, and Razorpay for D2C brands templates have failed.

4. Legal SaaS development

   Multi-tenant, IndexedDB-first SaaS for the operating constraints of Indian courts.

5. Multi-tenant SaaS

   Tenancy at the database layer. Data Protection Plan 1, Optimization Plan 1.

6. Annual Maintenance Contract

   ₹15,000 / ₹16,500 / ₹18,000 per year. Three tiers, no retainers, no lock-in.
